2. Eligibility to Purchase

5. Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated as required before completion of the purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions and offers at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious pricing error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
6. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is subject to payment confirmation, product availability and acceptance by Little Ladder Books.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, payment misuse, inaccurate information, an obvious pricing or listing error, product unavailability, or another legitimate operational or legal reason.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing timelines and applicable law.
7. Payment
Little Ladder Books currently accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Orders are processed for dispatch only after successful confirmation of payment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for ensuring that the payment method used is authorised for the transaction.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally scheduled for dispatch within 3–5 business days of receiving and confirming the order and payment.
Domestic orders are currently shipped through India Post. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to destination, postal operations, weather, public holidays, service disruptions and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Because Story Sets contain multiple components, Little Ladder Books may require a continuous 360° unboxing video for damage, missing-item or tampering-related claims, together with timely notification and other evidence specified in that policy.
Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Customer Responsibilities
When using the website or placing an order, you agree to:

· provide a valid delivery address and contact details;
· use only payment methods that you are authorised to use;
· review your order before completing payment;
· follow reasonable instructions relating to delivery, returns and product use; and
